First Level

            The First level (full-service) would be to check the premises on the outside by keeping tabs on services that are supposed to be performed by maintenance workers (lawn and pool), checking for any storm damage, and any other possible damage such as attempted break-ins or criminal mischief (vandalism).  This also would include being a “key-holder” and the emergency contact (for alarm company, Sheriff’s Office, guard gate, ect.)

            The First level will also include checking the inside to make sure everything is working (by flushing toilets, running the faucets) and checking the A/C to make sure it is running.  While inside the home we would do a random spot check to see if there is any problems listed and will be accessible 24 hours a day to them.  Any problems that may arise will be dealt with locally and the owners will not have to worry about dealing with any repair companies and coming back early.

            The Second level would be to only check the premises on the outside perimeter of the house.  This would include keeping tabs on services that are supposed to be performed by maintenance workers, (lawn and pool care) and checking for any storm damage or any signs of attempt break-ins or vandalism.  As with Level One we will keep in direct contact with the owners up north to report any problems located and will assist in getting the problems fixed without the owners needing to return home.
